I am a creative idea machine passionate about working with artists, performers, scientists, environmentalists, and nonprofits to help make their website and graphic design dreams a reality. My own background combines science, performing arts, visual arts, and design. As such, my creative process is both scientific and playful. I research and apply what already functions while also exploring new possibilities by asking “What if ___?” and readily improvising to create strong design solutions in pursuit of each project’s goals and my evolution as a designer. I find inspiration in nature, art, my surroundings, and my imagination. My designs are often described as playful and whimsical. Through the addition of imagination, curiosity, new perspective, and a touch of whimsy, I make the ordinary extraordinary.
